How do I restore my files?

Restoring files is simple if you follow the steps below.

1. Do you have InterVault-Lite installed on your computer?  If not, click here to download and install. 

2. You need your username and password.  If you have lost them you must contact us on 0845 0948130.  Once you have correctly answered your security questions we will re-issue them.
